Updated October 2026. Update 70 is the Halloween update of Steal a Brainrot. This guide is the practical side of it: how to get a Skull Lucky Block, what you can realistically expect from one, what we know about the Skeleton Base, and how to judge the new brainrots. For the full change list, read our Update 70 news article.
Halloween in SAB: quick answers
- Main item: the Skull Lucky Block, the second Halloween Lucky Block after last year's Spooky Lucky Block.
- Where it comes from: Admin Abuse spawns, or stealing one from another player's base.
- Best drop: Dragon Skeletonini, 0.1% chance, $325M/s base income.
- Base: a new skeleton-themed base. The wiki's base page lists it as the Reaper Base.
- Average income per block: about $4.67M/s (our calculation from the wiki odds).
How to get the Skull Lucky Block
You cannot count on a shop for this one. Two sources (the community wiki and Sportskeeda) agree on the routes:
- Admin Abuse. An admin spawns the block during the event and you grab it like any other Lucky Block. Keep the Admin Abuse timer open so you are online when it starts.
- Stealing. Players who already own one keep it in their base, and you can steal it like a brainrot: take it and carry it to your own base. Expect owners to guard it.
The block has a listed cost of $500M, but that is a reference value, not something you can buy in a store. Luck boosts do not change what is inside a Lucky Block, so do not waste a luck potion on it. Chances for every other block are on our Lucky Blocks page.
Is it limited time?
No source gives an official end date, and the wiki does not say how long the block stays. One Sportskeeda guide claims the block is removed after the Halloween season. That is plausible, because the 2025 Spooky Lucky Block is listed on the wiki as no longer obtainable, but it is a claim from one site. If you want a Skull Lucky Block brainrot, do not plan around "later".
What each drop is worth
Chances and income below match the wiki and TheClick. The last column is a plain reading of the numbers, not a market price.
| Brainrot | Chance | Base income | How to think about it |
|---|---|---|---|
| Candi Corni | 32.4% | $321K/s | Filler. Brainrot God, not a Secret. |
| Grim Cheese | 30% | $1.6M/s | Low income, mainly for the index. |
| Zombie Bowl | 21% | $4.5M/s | Average result. |
| Bananito Skelito | 10% | $8.5M/s | Decent, above the average. |
| Bat-in-the-Box | 5% | $22.5M/s | Good pull. |
| Boo Boo Rocket | 1% | $37.5M/s | Strong, 1 in 100. |
| Flying Dutchman | 0.5% | $92.5M/s | Very strong, 1 in 200. |
| Dragon Skeletonini | 0.1% | $325M/s | Jackpot, 1 in 1,000. |
What the odds mean in practice:
- About 83% of openings give one of the four weakest results. Only 1.6% give Boo Boo Rocket, Flying Dutchman or Dragon Skeletonini.
- Every opening is independent. After 100 blocks you have roughly a 9.5% chance of at least one Dragon Skeletonini, and after 1,000 blocks about 63%, not a guarantee.
- The average of about $4.67M/s per block is why one block is a gamble and not a plan.
We do not set trade values. The community sets them, and they move fast in the first weeks of a new Secret. Check the trade values page and run any offer through the trade calculator, with mutations and traits applied, before you accept. Because the block only enters the game through admin spawns, copies are probably limited, so also look at the exist counts. All the new brainrots are in the brainrot list.
The Skeleton Base
Update 70 lists a new Skeleton base. On the wiki's base page the matching entry is the Reaper Base, marked obtainable, and described as a paid base that comes with Premium Skull Lucky Blocks. That is the only place we found this. MMOEXP also mentions a Reaper Base in its Halloween coverage, but only as a new Halloween-style design with no price or method. We therefore leave out the Robux price and the exact number of blocks until a second source confirms them, and we cannot independently confirm that "Skeleton" and "Reaper" are the same base beyond the wiki's own listing.
For comparison, the bases page covers the other Halloween-related skins: last year's Halloween base came from the index and is listed as unobtainable now, and the Headless Horseman base needs a Headless Horseman in your base.
Other Halloween content in October 2026
- Haunted Fuse (Update 69): the October fuse machine, see the Haunted Fuse guide. It is separate from the Skull Lucky Block.
- 2025 Halloween brainrots: most of last year's, such as La Casa Boo and Los Spooky Combinasionas, are listed on the wiki as no longer obtainable from their old sources, so they are mostly a trading matter now.
- Other events: the events page shows what else is live.
Practical plan for Halloween
- Keep the Admin Abuse timer open and join the server when it starts.
- Do not spend luck boosts on the Skull Lucky Block.
- Lock your base while you hold one, because it can be stolen.
- Before selling or trading a Dragon Skeletonini or Flying Dutchman, check trade values and exist counts.
